Email support@bombshelter.app for product help, privacy questions, or accessibility feedback. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, selected comedy model, and the steps that led to the issue.

Please do not attach a show recording or transcript unless you intentionally choose to share it for support.

A show will not start

Confirm that BombShelter has microphone and speech-recognition access in system Settings, that the device has an internet connection, and that you approved the data-sharing notice for the selected comedy model. Then close and reopen BombShelter before trying again.

The live transcript is hidden

This is the default experience. BombShelter continues transcribing and analyzing your set while the transcript stays out of sight. To display it during a show, open Settings and turn on Show Live Transcript.

Audio or transcription stopped

Phone calls, alarms, Bluetooth route changes, and other audio apps can interrupt a live session. End the current show, confirm the intended microphone route, and start a new show. If the issue repeats, send support the exact message shown in BombShelter.

Manage saved shows

Open Past Shows from the history button to replay or delete a saved session. Show audio and transcripts remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. See the Privacy Policy for the complete data-handling explanation.

About AI audience decisions

BombShelter names the selected model and asks for permission before sending minimized text, timing, and delivery evidence. Raw microphone audio is not sent to an AI provider. Audience reactions are creative practice feedback, not an objective score of you or your material.
